Repairs & Servicing
From a simple tube repair to a bike build, our Cytech qualified cycle mechanics will be able to help keep you on your bike.

Bookings
Please call us on 01865 246615 to book your bike in for specific day or wheel your bike through the door you can get the next available repair slot.

Checking In the Bike & Assessing Work
You tell us what problems you’ve been experiencing; we’ll check the bike over and then we book it in for the work you want doing. If we uncover any further issues we will contact you to discuss before proceeding with any further work.

Over to the Mechanic
The bike then heads out the back into the workshop for one of our Cytech qualified mechanics to work on.

Ready for Collection
Once the repair is complete you be contacted by a method of your choice: text, phone call or email to let you know the repair is complete and the bike is ready for collection.

Collection
Repairs are payable on collection. You will need to collect the bike within 5 days of the repair being completed or you may be charged for storage.

Bike Services
We have three levels of bike servicing allowing you to choose the level of service to suit your requirements. Prices are labour only and do not include the cost of parts. We will always contact you about parts and cost before fitting.

Bronze Service: £50.00
This service includes the key jobs such as having the brakes and gears adjusted and set up, and the wheels adjusted to run true, pumping of tyres and a nut and bolt safety check.

• Gears Checked, Adjusted and Set Up
• Brakes Checked, Adjusted and Set Up
• Wheels Adjusted to Run True
• Nut & Bolt Safety Check
• Tyres Pumped
• Chain Lubricated

Silver Service: £100.00
Includes everything in the Bronze Service, but with a thorough wash and clean, the degreasing of the and lubricating of the drivetrain plus the servicing of the bottom bracket.
Everything in the Bronze Service plus:

• Bike Washed and Cleaned
• Gears Degreased and Lubricated
• Service Bottom Bracket

Gold Service: £160.00
The works. Stripped, cleaned, re-greased and put back together including the servicing of hubs and headset.
Everything in the Silver Service plus:

• Service Hubs Front & Rear
• Service Headset
• Parts Removed, Regreased and Re-Fitted
• Brake Cables as necessary
• Gears Cables as necessary

Bicycle Purchases - Free Services
If you have purchased a bicycle from us in store we offer you two free services at set dates; one month and four months after purchase. These dates are issued to you upon purchase of your bike, but there is a degree of flexibility on these. Call us on 01865 246615 to book it in.
