Workshop Guide
At Beeline we want to keep everyone riding, which is where the workshop comes in. From a simple tube repair to a bike build, our Cytech qualified mechanics will be able to help keep you on your bike.

Booking System
We do not operate a booking system for the workshop. Instead, simply drop the bike into us at the shop, we will book the bike and issue you with a ticket for collection and the bill. Work is payable on collection. Repair turnaround times are normally 24 hours, with collection times of 12.00 and 5.00 o'clock. However, the workshop is closed on a Sunday (everyone needs a rest at some point!), so if the bicycle is dropped in on the Saturday, the repair time will be a little longer as it unlikely to ready until the Monday.

Repair Tracker
We run a repair tracker service, through which we keep you updated over the status of you repair and let you know when it is ready for collection. Upon bringing the bike into the shop, we will take your details including your email address and mobile number. We will then send you email and SMS status updates for the following:

• Awaiting Repair
• Repair In Progress 
• Ready For Collection

If there is a problem with your repair you will get an update stating ‘ Problem: Please contact the shop’, with our telephone number.

(Consists of checking and adjusting Brakes, Gears, Headset, Bottom Bracket, Cones, True Wheels, Tighten stem, cranks, saddle, pedals, lube transmission. Replacement parts are not included).

Bicycle Purchase: Free Services
If you have purchased a bicycle from us in store we offer you two free services at set dates; one month and four months after purchase. These dates are issued to you upon purchase of your bike. We do not take booking in advance, simply drop it into us and we shall have the bike serviced and ready for collection within 24 hours (excpet for Sundays).
