Founded in 1976, Trek has grown into one of the biggest bike companies in the world, and over recent years has become synonymous with Lance Armstrong and his seven Tour De France victories. With Alberto Contador also winning the Tour on a Trek, other manufacturers have barely got a look in!

Based in Waterloo, Wisconsin, Trek started out by making hand built steel touring bikes. They now offer a huge range of bikes, for all types of cycling and are the parent company of Bontrager components, as found on most of their bikes. Recent innovation on their full suspension models, with their ABP (Active Brake Pivot) design and their ground breaking Remedy and Session bikes has moved Trek back to the forefront of mountain bike design, along with their always strong and well priced hardtail range.
