The Trek 7.0 FX Mens bike is the entry level model in the FX range, offering a versatile bike that can be used for commuting, city use, path and towpath or for recreational riding.

Trek's Alpha Silver Aluminium tubing is used on the frameset, offering a lightweight ride for the money, with Shimano EF51 7 speed shifters offering reliable shifting, used with a triple chainset the 7.0 FX is equipped with 21 gears. The frame has rack mounts and can be fitted with mudguards.

One unique feature of the Trek's is their Clix dropouts. Rather than standard quick relases, which in an urban environment present a security risk, the Clix dropouts feature a hidden nut and use an allen key quick release to prevent easy theft. The only down side is that if you do need to take your wheel out you will need to find an allen key!
