Jason - Manager Main Shop
Once was a keen cross country rider, now he is more likely to be found playing bass in a raggae band or djing. Customers still remember him with long hair, and are quick to point out that he has had it shaved off - like he wasn't aware! Jason has over two decades experience in the cycle industry, having worked for 8 years at Walton Street and is now a Beeline institution, having been here since 1994.
Bikes - Jason loves Specialized, and rides an S-Works Enduro, a P bike or a Stumpjumper Hardtail. He also owns a classic Intense downhill bike, which is gathering dust upstairs in Beeline.
Damon - Assistant Manager Main Shop
Once upon a time Damon was an avid XC rider back when living in the peak district. But moving back to Oxford and his ever increasing family has curtailed his riding, these days he is more likely to be found in the park with the kids, on the occasional XC ride or most likely in the pub! He has been with Beeline for over 10 years and has always loved working here. Oh and that's him in the middle.
Bikes: Damon commutes to work on a Specialized Tarmac Pro.
Mark - Road Shop Manager
Mark started working at Beeline as a Saturday boy over 10 years ago having learnt his trade at Denton's cycles in Summertown. He ecsaped Beeline briefly by running off and getting a degree in Fine Art but soon realised that he liked bikes more than he did Art.
He's been riding bikes most of his life and during his teens was often knocking about on a BMX and racing his Downhill mountain all over the country with regular trips abroad. It was on a trip to Sierra Nevarda that he broke a finger and was 'forced' to ride a Bianchi road bike for the rest of the trip. He never looked back and is now a proper 'roadie' with an passion for all things road cycling.
He has completed many Sportive rides including tough ones like the Granfondo Pinarello, Granfondo Campagnolo and Paris-Roubaix. Having ridden (and loved) most of the Tour of Flandres route last year he is currently in training for the Sportive event in spring next year.
Bikes - Mark is notorious for changing the bike he rides (he claims it's all in the name of product research). He is currently riding a Specialized Allez Elite for commuting and on special days a Specialized Venge.
Leon - Sales Assistant
Enjoys Mountain biking, particularly free ride, bmx, single speed rd bike. Playing PS3 (slaying Zombies on Call of Duty!!), enjoy cars (sometimes more so than bikes as you don't have to pedal!). Has been at Beeline since April 2000, having prevoiously worked at Cycle King for a short while.
Bikes - A Genesis Altitude 00 Steel MTB (with a few upgrades), Specialized SX Trail free ride rig, Norco BMX and his trusty commuter steed; a 20 year old Raleigh single speed conversion.
Matt - Road Shop
Starting at Beeline straight after leaving school, Matt has been grafting here going on 6 years now. Back in his early days of working at Beeline, Matt was regularly taking trips out to ride the Alps and Pyrenees, as well as doing over 100 miles a week commutiing. However, things took a turn for the worse for Matt when he learnt to drive! However, Matt is back on the bike, commuting daily up and down the A40 from witney, having caught the bug of single-speed riding off fellow commuter Mark.
Still a keen and eager Roadie, Matt is a bit of a bike nerd and likes to keep up to date with the latest bike technology. Matt is a Cyctech qualified mechanic, but has now been let out of the workshop and onto the shop floor of the new Road Shop. He can usually be found tinkering away on customers bikes and team riders bikes at the back of the shop. He is occasionally called upon for help advising the new recruits and pointing them in the right direction, which he is always happy to do.
Bikes - Trek Madone 5.2.
Ben - Sales Assistant
Loves riding Mountain bikes to the point that his newly wed Wife cant believe he married her and not his bikes! Starting off in XC in the Chilterns 17 years ago and has ridden in such places like Australia, New Zealand, West coast of the USA, Canada and of course, good old sunny Wales. Which explains why he more than happy to spend all day in the saddle on the Beeline ride days.
He also races DH in the Master Category and in the Hard Tail, sadly he has only got as far as third. Probably due to the love of beer which he shares with Damon!
Bikes - Orange Missile Hardtail Freeride Rig, Commencal Supreme DH and a Commencal Super 4 all kitted up with Hope!
Eddy - Sales Assistant
Most mornings Eddy can be seen flying down Banbury road on his commute to work. The majority of his time is spent on shop floor, the rest of the time is spent in the workshop building bikes for shop floor. Cytech level 2 trained, Eddy has been working at Beeline for almost 2 years, Eddy is able to help customers who have a basic knowledge bicycles being able to translate the technical jargon into 'human terms', as well as also talking to the hardcore bike fans (you know who you are). Eddy enjoys 3 different styles of riding Cross-country, Road and BMX racing.
Bikes - Owns a Specialized S-Works Stumpjumper Hardtail, a Giant TCR composite flat-bar conversion and a Redline Flight Racing BMX.
Kurt - Sales Assistant
New to the Beeline team is Kurt, who comes with plenty of experience from other shops, and as you can see is the shy and retiring type.
Bikes - The Baron.

Luis - Managing Director
Rarely spotted on the shop floor, Luis is the owner and is normally snowed under with paperwork or having 'meetings' in Coco's! A former 'cross and road rider, start talking about racing and Luis is sure to bring up his tales of how Dave Millar used to be his whipping boy back when he was young and slim. As he proved at the Specialized sportive, those days are long gone. Luis has been running Beeline since 2004 when he inherited the family business from his father.
Bikes - A personal collection of Cervelo's, Luis rides a Cervelo S1 with Sram Force, a Cervelo R3 with Campagnolo Record, a Cervelo S3 Shimano DI2 equipped and a Ridley Supercross Cyclo Cross bike.
