Making A Purchase
To make a purchase, browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We cannot accept telephone orders.
We can only accept orders from within the UK, we accept credit card and debit card payments.
All items are shown in £ sterling. Beeline Bicycles reserves the right to change any advertised price at any time.
Every attempt has been made to ensure that the prices and details of products on this website are correct. If we find we have made an error before we despatch your order we will contact you to advise of any price or specification changes. If after receiving your goods, you feel the goods do not match their description on the website then please follow our standard returns policy.
Before purchasing a bike from us, it should be noted all bikes will require a limited amount of assembly after shipping. If you are not a competent mechanic we suggest you get an experienced mechanic to assemble the bike for you. If you are still uncertain about what this may involve please contact us.
Some prices displayed on the website may vary from those in our store. However we would suggest you visit our store to see all we have to offer and benefit from the advice of our expert staff. There are also many in store promotions which do not appear on the website, our aim is to satisfy our customer by offering the best combination of advice and price we can.
Shipping And Handling
The following charges are levied for postage & packaging:
a) Bike Postage, standard service: F.O.C
b) Accessory postage, standard service, F.O.C
c) Accessory postage, priority service, all accessories : £4.50
The Priority Shipping option is ideal if you wish to receive your goods urgently and are happy the additional costs, as laid out above. We will treat your order as a PRIORITY and use a first class/express delivery service to courier your goods. Typically we will use Parcelforce, you can expect to receive your goods within 1-3 working days.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions you accept that we can retrospectively charge you for extra shipping costs incurred from you selecting the incorrect shipping zone during checkout.
Back Orders We do are very best to ensure we only sell things we have in stock. If an item is out of stock it will be displayed by the product or you will not be able to added to your shopping cart. In the event you order something we are out of stock of we will contact you within 48 hours and give you the expected delivery time and the option to cancel.
Tax Charges All orders to the UK and EU will be charged 20% VAT, unless the item is VAT free. All prices displayed on the website are VAT inclusive and you will be charged no additional taxes on the prices displayed with each product.
Credit Card Security The part or the web site that collects your credit card information is hosted by Secure Hosting. Secure Hosting are Barclays ePDQ preffered online partner. Your details are not held in clear text on any web site. The latest encryption technology (SSL) is used to enable secure transfer of your personal data over the Internet.

Beeline Bicycles Ltd will not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you choose to access your account. Information and data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
If you have received a product from us that is either faulty or unwanted you MUST first contact us before returning the item. ALL goods must be returned with a copy of the relevant invoice.
We are happy to refund or replace any unwanted goods or goods that are the incorrect size/colour, provided the returned goods are in a saleable condition. However, you will be liable for any postage charges on these goods.
If you have received discounted goods as part of a sales package we will only be able to offer a refund if ALL the goods are received in a re-saleable condition, we will be happy to replace a component of an order should that prove to be faulty.
Postage refunds, Immediate faults:
If your product has developed a fault within the first two weeks of purchase we consider this an IMMEDIATE FAULT. After first contacting us, you will be directed on how to return the item to us. If it is established that the goods are faulty we will send you a replacement or repaired product free of charge and also refund your postage costs. The refunded postage amount will be based on the amount we would pay to ship the item to you on the shipping service selected with your initial order. If you decide you do not want a replacement item we will refund the good's original total but not refund your postage costs.
Postage refunds, Warranty faults:
Any product which develops a fault after two weeks of purchase is considered a WARRANTY FAULT. All our products are from official suppliers and are covered by their respective manufacturers UK warranty. We will refund or replace any goods once it has been established that the goods are faulty. After first contacting us, you will be liable for the return postage cost to us. If it is established that the goods are faulty we will send you a replacement or repaired product free of charge

We have taken on some new brands in the Main Shop, such as POC Helmets, Crank Brother pedals and Easton components. These products will be online shortly, in the meantime, stop by to take a look.
