Returns Policy

If you have received a product from us that is either faulty or unwanted you must first contact us before returning the item. You can call us on 01865 246615, or email us as sales@beelinebicycles.co.uk. All goods must be returned with a copy of the relevant invoice.

We are happy to refund or replace any unwanted goods or goods that are the incorrect size/colour, provided the returned goods are in a saleable condition. However, you will be liable for any postage charges on these goods.

If you have received discounted goods as part of a sales package we will only be able to offer a refund if all the goods are received in a re-saleable condition, we will be happy to replace a component of an order should that prove to be faulty.

Postage refunds, Immediate faults:

If your product has developed a fault within the first two weeks of purchase we consider this an Immediate Fault. After first contacting us, you will be directed on how to return the item to us. If it is established that the goods are faulty we will send you a replacement or repaired product free of charge and also refund your postage costs. The refunded postage amount will be based on the amount we would pay to ship the item to you on the shipping service selected with your initial order. If you decide you do not want a replacement item we will refund the good's original total but not refund your postage costs.

Postage refunds, Warranty faults:

Any product which develops a fault after two weeks of purchase is considered a Warranty Fault. All our products are from official suppliers and are covered by their respective manufacturers UK warranty. We will refund or replace any goods once it has been established that the goods are faulty. After first contacting us, you will be liable for the return postage cost to us. If it is established that the goods are faulty we will send you a replacement or repaired product free of charge
