We are pleased to be a launching a repair tracker service, designed to keep you updated regarding the progress of your repair.

When you bring a bike into us for repair, we will be taking your email address and Mobile Number. You will be issued with a recceipt, detailing the work to be done and a collection time (when the bike will be ready by, barring any problems).

To keep you informed over the progress of your repair we shall be sending updates via email and SMS for the following status updates:

• Awaiting Repair
• Repair In Progress
• Ready for collection

You can also check the status of your repair by registering with us at http://www.beelinebicycles.co.uk/loginregister.php and then go to your account page.

This will also allows you the option of paying for your repair upon completion. After payment download and print off your pdf invoice and bring it with you when you collect your repair.

Should there be an issue or problem with the repair, you will be sent a message ‘Problem: Please contact the shop’ along with our telephone number.
