The Look standard and its three holes is the market reference. The Delta shaped cleat fuctions by a rotating movement which allows for disengagement equally from the inside or the outside of the foot. Possible disengagement of the two sides imporves safety.

The new teflon compound (white material) further facilitates engagement and disengagement. The Delta cleat is larger than the new style, therefore if you are using the new Keo pedals you will require keo cleats.

The Delta cleats are available in two variations, which are colour co-ordinated:

Black: Fixed Position

Red: 9 degrees of float
