The Bontrager XR4 Tyre is available in a 2.35 width and 2.2 width version. The XR4 is designed for loose and rocky conditions but is capable on just about any surface, with the staggered centre of the tyre offering a fast roll.

With a 120 TPI casing, the XR4 offers a supple ride that is great for traction when climbing and offers good handling accordingly.

Although quite heavy at 735 grams, the positive is that the XR4's stand up to bumps and knocks through the heavy and tough casing and sidewall. Unlike the XR3 tyre, the XR4 is tubeless ready.
