The Bianchi Sempre 105 is designed using Bianchi's B4P geometry, which stands for Born For Performance. Which in lay mans terms, means that is geared more towards a fast ride than comfort, but we have found that set up correctly, the Sempre's also give a comfortable ride.

The monocoque frameset is is reinforced in the areas which require stiffness, such as the bottom bracket and headtube, for a confident and responsive ride. The chainstays are ultra thin, the material kept to a minmum where it does not undergo stress, and the bottom bracket is BB30 for great stiffness which helps the responsive nature of the ride.

The B4P geometry leans towards performance rather than comfort, compared with the C2C geometry, the headtube is lower and the top tube is longer, stretching the rider out more than the C2C bikes, but this is not prohibitive to comfort.

The fork features carbon legs for vibration damping and a smooth ride quality, with kevlar tips adding additional damping and ride comfort.

Shimano's 105 groupset is a good quality gruppo, delivering responsive 10 speed shifting with an FSA Compact chainset offering a wide spread of gears on two chainrings, ideal for the sportive rider.

The brakes, seatpost, saddle, bars and stem are all badged up as Bianchi's in house brand, Reparto Corsa, but are in fact made by FSA, which is a good thing, giving the confidence that these are good quality components rather than just generic components made to a budget.

The Sempre is ideal for someone looking for some performance whether for racing, sportives or weekend riding.
