Beeline: The ANGi Crash Sensor is a great piece of kit. It fits discreetly to your helmet and in the event of a crash sends a text message to your emergency contact with your last known GPS coordinates. Worried about it going off accidentally? There is an overide function which lasts for 15 seconds in which to turn it off. However in Beta testing this has not gone off accidently, so no need to worry about it going off continually. 

ANGi stands for Angular and G-Force Indicator. 

It also serves as a ride tracker and works with Specialized's Ride app.

Specialized: Our patented ANGi sensor calls for help when you can’t. In fact, it’s the first device to protect you before, during, and after a crash. It does this through a pairing with our Specialized Ride App for iOS or Android devices. And if it detects a crash, it commences a countdown that, if you’re ok, you can stop and keep riding. If, however, ANGi determines that you’re in need of help, it’ll send an alert to your selected contacts with your last known GPS coordinates and a message that you’re in need of help. What about if you’re out of service coverage? ANGi has a plan for that. Just set your estimated ride time before you head out when you know that your ride will take you out of range. All you need is an active data signal when you start your session. And if you haven’t completed your ride within that time frame, ANGi will send a notification to your contacts with your last uploaded location.

    30 DAY BIKE EXCHANGE

    The 30 Day bike exchange allows you to buy a bike with confidence. If you are unhappy with the bike you can return a new bike within 30 days and swap it for a different one. If you’re not happy with your new bike for any reason, please contact us at info@beelinebicycles.co.uk and we can arrange a convenient time bring it back into store and exchange it – so long as it’s clean and isn’t broken – by this we mean things like buckled wheels, crash damage, broken components, cracked frames etc.

    Worn brakes and tyres are understandable and we’ll factor this into any exchange.

    The 30 Day Bike Exchange is completely separate from our 30 day returns policy and applies to new and unused bikes. It can only be used once on each new bike purchase.

    We do however urge all customers to test ride the bike prior to purchase to ensure they are happy with the fit and ride experience of the bike.

    30 DAY RETURNS POLICY ON UNUSED PRODUCTS

    Any item, except food can be returned to us for any reason within 30 days, provided it has:

    • Not been used or fitted
    • Is returned in its original packaging
    • Has a valid proof of purchase from Beeline Bicycles

    Online or in-store purchases can both be returned to any store free of charge, or can be returned by post.

    Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing they can try the item before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away in the store, or you still have up to 30 days to return it if you take it away.

    Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase, Cheque payments will be refunded in cash but due to banking restrictions can only be refunded at least 14 days after the original purchase date.

    We are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt.

    FAULTY ITEMS

    All products purchased from Beeline Bicycles come with a full warranty which covers manufacturing faults and defects in workmanship. If you feel that your purchase has developed a fault, the fastest response we can offer is to bring your product into store for an assessment. We will need to see your proof of purchase.

    If taking your product in store is not an option then please email info@beelinebicycles.co.uk. Please include photographs of your product (please keep below 20mb), a copy of receipt so we can immediately start to assess the issue.

    In some cases the manufacturer/supplier and/or Beeline Bicycles may require to see the item(s) before repair or replacement can take place. If this is the case we will advise of return details and lead times.

    All used items being returned to us must be cleaned for hygiene purposes.

    On receipt of your goods we will carry out a full inspection & contact you within 3 working days of receipt.

    Proof of purchase is also required with all potential warranty claims.

    RETURNS BY POST

    Please provide us with all the details of why you wish to return your purchase, as your input is invaluable to us when reviewing the products we stock.

    If you are returning by post, please complete the Returns Form then attach the returns address label to your parcel. Please include a copy of the returns form and proof of purchase.

    It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error then any postage will be reimbursed upon assessment.

    It can take 5 days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier’s service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 48 hours. Refunds can take up to 5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return.

    Our Click & Collect service offers all the benefits of shopping online combined with specialist personal retail experience in one of our stores. Simply order your items, select Click & Collect and pick up your item at a time that's convenient for you.

    Use our website to browse our catalogue of products with stock availability. When you find the item you want simply add it to your basket like you usually would.

    Scroll down and choose Click & Collect as your delivery method.

    Complete the rest of our standard checkout steps and you’re ready to collect your item in store.

     

    Frequently Asked Questions

     

    When can I collect my order?

    For items in stock in store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within an hour (excluding bikes).

     

    For items which are at the warehouse your order will be ready to collect in the time indicated on the website; approximately 3 working days – please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!

     

    How will I know when my order is ready?

    For every order we will send you an e-mail or SMS to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you have ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.
     

    What do I need to collect my order?

    Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address.

     

    We will hold your order in store for 7 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible.
     

    Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

    Please contact the store you have chosen to collect from in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes relating to collection. 
     

    How do I cancel/change my order?

    If you wish to cancel your order or make any changes please contact the store directly. Please note, full refunds will be made via the original transaction made with our online team.
